1. Booking & Token Amount
- A token / advance amount is required to confirm your booking.
- The token amount is strictly NON-REFUNDABLE under all circumstances.
- Payment of the token amount indicates acceptance of this policy.
2. Cancellation by Customer
- If a customer cancels the booking for any reason, the token amount will not be refunded.
- Any remaining balance paid (if applicable) may be refunded or adjusted as per management discretion and cancellation timing.
3. Cancellation Due to Weather or Safety
- Adventure activities depend on weather and safety conditions.
- If an activity is canceled by Goodventure Ride due to bad weather, safety concerns, or government restrictions:
- The token amount will remain non-refundable
- Customers may be offered rescheduling for a future date, subject to availability.
4. No-Show Policy
- Failure to arrive on the scheduled date and time will be treated as a no-show.
- In such cases, no refund (including token amount) will be provided.
5. Refund Processing (If Applicable)
- Approved refunds (excluding token amount) will be processed within 5–7 working days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used at the time of booking.
- Processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
6. Partial Participation
- No refund will be issued for partially completed activities or early withdrawal by the participant.
7. Changes to Policy
Goodventure Ride reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
