1. Services
Goodventure Ride provides adventure tourism services including but not limited to:
- Paragliding
- River Rafting
- Hot Air Balloon Rides
All activities are subject to weather conditions, safety regulations, and availability.
2. Eligibility
- Participants must meet the age, weight, and health requirements specified for each activity.
- Pregnant women, individuals with heart problems, severe injuries, or serious medical conditions are advised not to participate.
- Participation is entirely at the customer’s own risk.
3. Booking & Payments
- All bookings must be made through our website or authorized representatives.
- Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.
- Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
- Booking confirmation is provided only after successful payment.
4. Cancellation & Refund
- Cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, available on our website.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
- No refund will be provided for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
5. Weather & Safety Conditions
- Activities may be postponed, rescheduled, or canceled due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or government restrictions.
- In such cases, customers may be offered a reschedule or refund as per policy.
6. Liability Disclaimer
- Adventure activities involve inherent risks.
- Goodventure Ride, its staff, partners, and instructors are not liable for any injury, accident, loss, or damage during participation.
- Customers voluntarily assume all risks associated with the activity.
7. Conduct & Safety Rules
- Participants must strictly follow instructions given by instructors and guides.
- Any misconduct, intoxication, or failure to comply with safety rules may result in denial of participation without refund.
8. Media & Photography
- Photos and videos taken during activities may be used for promotional purposes.
- If you do not wish to be featured, please inform us in advance.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, images, logos, and designs is the property of Goodventure Ride and may not be copied or used without permission.
10. Changes to Terms
Goodventure Ride reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Himachal Pradesh courts.
